Redwood Community Partners is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide a safe, supportive, and structured home for youth ages 12–17 in foster care. If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy working with youth, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youth in a residential setting.
• Teach daily living and social skills.
• Assist with transportation, meals, appointments, and activities.
• Complete daily documentation.
• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with youth is preferred but not required.
